Light & Lines
In this first of four classes, we focused on light and lines, seeing like a photographer.
We studied the classic, OG photographer and director, Fan Ho.
Catch the rewind of our class presentation with some fun extra practice prompts included at the end.
See you in class. :)

Perspective on Purpose
We all have our own perspectives, but photographers are thoughtful about how to use them.
In this class, we learn the OG composition rule, "Rule of Thirds”, then we marry it with being purposeful about our perspective.
Are we trying to convey power? straight-on seriousness? cuteness? mystery? Funny how the angle of our camera can help us communicate all these intentions and more.
Check the class presentation video here.
Until next time, happy shooting :)

Experiential learning, and the kids co-create the curriculum.
Next class, we move into workshop mode.
Back at it on May 26th.
